Each practice is an invitation to rediscover inner peace, quiet the noise within, and reconnect with what truly matters. It’s a chance to reset, reflect, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more present.

For those seeking a little more excitement, we offer optional activities designed to connect you with the stunning landscapes of the Lake District. Whether you choose an invigorating hike up Coniston Old Man, the gentle rhythm of paddle boarding on tranquil waters, or the refreshing freedom of a wild swim, each experience is a chance to immerse yourself in the natural world.

 

Feel the grounding energy of the earth beneath your feet, the soothing embrace of water, and the calming presence of the surrounding mountains. These adventures invite you to step away from the everyday, awaken your senses, and rediscover the simple joys of being fully present in nature.

This is your chance to truly relax and let go. Our on-site Holistic Therapy Team offers a range of

luxurious treatments designed to complement your yoga retreat and deepen your sense of wellbeing.

Choose from a selection of therapies, including:

• Thai Yoga Massage

• Aromatherapy Massage

• Holistic Bespoke Full Body Massage

• Reflexology

• Holistic Bespoke Facial Treatment

 

All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

 

Beyond therapies, you’ll have plenty of free time to unwind in your own way. Soak in the stunning scenery, lose yourself in a good book, or take a leisurely stroll into the charming historic village of Coniston. However you choose to spend this time, it’s yours to slow down, recharge, and enjoy.

Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, our vegan and gluten-free menu combines flavour and balance, ensuring that every bite is as rejuvenating as the retreat experience itself.

Your TEACHER

Elizabeth discovered the transformative power of yoga during a pivotal moment in her life, starting with a Les Mills BodyBalance class. Inspired to delve deeper, she travelled to India to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, Philosophy, Meditation, and Breathwork. Since then, she has continued her journey, now holding over 500 hours of yoga teacher certifications.

 

Immersing herself in this practice, Elizabeth began to uncover The Yoga Codes — a framework for finding the calm and centred space between life’s challenges and how we choose to respond. This discovery became a cornerstone of her practice and teaching, helping students navigate life with greater clarity and balance.

 

Elizabeth creates a nurturing, safe environment where each student can explore Svadhyaya (self-study and self-inquiry), encouraging personal growth and deeper connection.

 

With years of study and experience in both Eastern wisdom and modern wellness, Elizabeth now brings her holistic approach to yoga, combining strength, mindfulness, and healing. Sharing The Yoga Codes is her absolute joy, as she invites others to find their own inner calm, clarity, and empowerment.

The historic period property is located on the eastern shores of Coniston Water, offering an elevated position with sensational views of the lake and high fells beyond. The charming village of Coniston is just a short walk away, adding to the sense of serenity and connection to this beautiful region.
